Texas Peke Rescue is a new organization created to rescue our beloved Pekingese and small breed friends from shelters, abusive homes and voluntary surrenders so that they may be saved and placed into loving homes. We are currently working on petfinder.com and TARPA certification. Our animals will be spayed or neutered, be current on vaccinations, microchipped and cleared by a local vet before adoption. We are a non-profit organization and greatly depend on donations which go to aid in rescuing and health care for our furbabies.
Caesar was our first rescue Peke. He was rescued from the Amarillo - Panhandle Humane Society.
Caesar has received his AKC Canine Good Citizen Award and is in training to be a therapy dog through Love on a Leash
